## How booking works

1. Tell us your date. Send your date, your venue and a little about the day.
2. We confirm and send a quote. We check the date, then send a custom quote that fits your event and your hours.
3. We set up, serve, and pack out. We set up, pour from the first guest until the night winds down, then tear down and go.

## Weddings, farm events and private events

- Weddings: Most of what we do. Coffee for you and your guests as the celebration begins, until the night winds down.
- Events at Still Pastures: The cart is at home on the farm where Solace began.
- Private and corporate events: Open to them by request. Tell us about it and we will see if it fits.

### How much does a wedding coffee cart cost?

Solace starts at $1,250. That covers the first hour of full espresso bar service, with setup and teardown included. Each additional hour is $300. If your venue is outside the Lincoln area, a travel fee is quoted for your event. Every quote is custom.

### What is included in the price?

The first hour of full espresso bar service, plus setup and teardown. Guests can order anything on the menu, hot or iced, regular or decaf.

### What drinks do you serve?

Espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte and mocha, hot or iced, regular or decaf. We also pour drip coffee. Our syrups are made in house: chocolate, vanilla, caramel and a seasonal one.

### Where do the coffee and milk come from?

The coffee is locally sourced and intentionally roasted, and the milk is local. We make the syrups ourselves. Solace was born out of Still Pastures Farm, and we bring the same care for where things come from to the cart.

### Do you only serve weddings?

Weddings are most of what we do. We also serve events at Still Pastures Farm, and private and corporate events by request.

### How long can you serve?

Booking starts at one hour, and you add hours for $300 each. Tell us your start time and how long you would like us there, and we will build the quote around it.

### Do you travel outside Lincoln?

Yes. We are based near Lincoln, NE and travel up to 3 hours to your event. The travel fee is quoted for each event.
